The team is here to support you with tour selection, checking availability, confirming pricing, and assisting with bookings as needed. When to reach out to our post-booking team?
If you have an active, upcoming order with Context but need to make adjustments (i.e. change guest count or information), reschedule your tour(s), or even cancel your tour(s). Review our policies here and email the Post Booking team for support.
Last-Minute Support Team
The Context Last-Minute Support Team is internationally based (primarily EU) and covers 7-days per week and almost 24-hours per day. This team is here to provide last-minute support, primarily for clients in destination and encountering issues within 48-hrs prior to the tour start time. Flight delays? Woke up ill? Or just running late or lost? This team will support these instances and get you up and running. Support is available by email, SMS, and through the messaging system available between you and your expert guide prior to the tour start time.
